Global Capital has acquired a stake in Evolt

Global Capital has acquired a stake in Evolt, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of emergency lighting products. The investment was made in order to acquire Atom Lighting, a Queensland based distributor of LED lighting products. Evolt was established by Joel Moss who has a long track record in electrical products and lighting having been part of the senior management team at the previously ASX listed Lighting Corporation Group. Evolt is renowned for its quality and innovation of emergency lighting products and the acquisition provides a foothold into the fast growing LED lighting space where growth is being driven by energy efficiency requirements and "smart" lighting solutions.
